macramé in the wild
As a wandering pedestrian and an observant passenger, details street-side and in motion are so noticeable, those thoughtful images linger. Dining table fresh cut flowers, the painting easels of porches (there are multiple!), weathered palettes of shudders, and lately? Macramé plant hangers in at least one window on every block.
In honor of every moment that I have been asked "what is macramé?" when I tell them where I work or what I do, I call to your attention: what it is, in the wild with a new series offering a still from a film or a neighborhood walk.
